Elizabeth Cerrone-Campbell D.O.


Dr. Cerrone-Campbell has been in practice in the San Diego area for over fifteen years and is a well known member of the medical community. She relates to women of all ages and looks forward to the challenge of each women’s uniqueness.

Dr. Cerrone-Campbell is a Board Certified physician who obtained her degree from The New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at UMDNJ-Kennedy Memorial Hospitals in New Jersey.

While she provides full Obstetric and Gynecologic care to her patients, her areas of particular interest include high risk obstetrics, abnormal uterine bleeding, menopausal treatment and advanced laparoscopic surgery.

Dr. Cerrone-Campbell is from Stony Brook, New York. When not working she enjoys exercising, cooking , traveling and most importantly spending quality time with her family.

Dr. Cizmar has specialized in Obstetrics & Gynecology since 1995. He is loved by his patients, taking the time to address all of their concerns and treat them with the caring respect each one deserves. He is Board Certified with the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. He obtained his medical degree from Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia and completed his internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Michigan State University, Grand Rapids, Michigan.

He is a fellow with the American College of OB/GYN as well as American College of Surgeons. He is also professionally affiliated with the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.

He has been recognized as "Physician of the Year" at Palomar Medical Center by his colleagues in the Birth Center (2009) and was awarded "Special Excellence in Endoscopic procedures" by AAGL (2003). Within Gynecology and Obstetrics Dr. Cizmar specializes in high risk obstetrics, DaVinci robotic surgery, pelvic reconstructive surgery, urogynecology and minimally invasive gynecologic procedures, and cosmetic vaginal surgeries including: vaginal rejuvenation, perineoplasty, labioplasty. He also addresses concerns with infertility and helps manage problems related to menopause with therapy such as bio-identical hormone replacement.

In addition to specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology his special interests include: facial cosmetic procedures (skin care, Botox administration, Latisse consults, skin tag removal), and individualized medically guided weight loss programs:

Dr. Cizmar was born and raised in Slovakia, but moved to Michigan where he completed his postgraduate training. He relocated to North County from Brawley, California where he had been in private practice since he completed his residency. He lives in San Marcos and has one son. Shannon Hart, D.O.


Dr. Shannon Hart obtained her Osteopathic medical degree from Des Moines University - College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in 2003 and completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Naval Medical Center San Diego in 2007. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) and a member of American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ASCCP), American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA), and American Osteopathic Association (AOA). Currently, she is also a pursing a Master’s in Medical Informatics at Northwestern University at Chicago.

Dr. Hart had proudly served for 10 years in the United States Navy serving around the globe to include a tour in Japan. While forward deployed to Afghanistan in 2010 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, she not only delivered care to female service personnel but also provided first line trauma and surgical services to our wounded soldiers in which she affectionately became known as the “Combat Gynecologist.”

As your physician, Dr. Hart’s philosophy is to work collaboratively with you providing professional opinion and guidance. This allows for you to make an educated, well informed decision for your healthcare. She specializes in fertility evaluation and treatment, moderate-high risk obstetrics, interstitial cystitis, cervical dysplasia (abnormal pap smears), urogynecology and osteopathic manipulative therapy (OMT).

Dr. Hart is happily married to a Family Medicine Navy Physician and enjoys spending family time with her daughter and Chihuahua. In her spare time, she also enjoys tap dancing.

Paul Hinshaw, D.O.


Dr. Hinshaw earned his B.S. degree in Biology from the University of Michigan, and his Doctorate from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in OB/GYN at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident.

His professional interests include obstetrics, minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery, hysteroscopy, and endometrial ablation.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and son, traveling, skiing, biking and running.

Dr. Josue Leon is a Board Certified Physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Leon has been serving the North County Community since 2005. As your physician, Dr. Leon takes the time to answer your questions and treats you how he would like to be treated…with respect, compassion and a caring attitude.

Dr. Leon completed his Bachelors from the University of California, Los Angeles, his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California and his specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology at White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. He also has earned his Master in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business.

Dr. Leon is proficient in minimally invasive surgery, e.g. laparoscopic and robotic surgery with the DaVinci system as well as Hysteroscopic surgery with the Myosure system. Additionally, Dr. Leon manages complicated pregnancy e.g. Gestational Diabetes, pre-eclampsia, pre-term labor etc. Infertility, common Urogynecologic problems as well as Gynecologic anomalies, e.g. abnormal Pap smear, heavy menstrual cycles, Ovarian cysts, contraceptive management, Nexplanon insertion, intrauterine device insertion and Essure minimally invasive tubal ligation.

Camela McGrath, M.D.


Dr. Camela McGrath returns to her hometown after 21 years of successful practice in the Chicago area. Her compassionate and caring nature is obvious and contagious as she cares for her patients, knowing that educating and listening to them is of utmost importance for the best care. Dr. McGrath understands the privilege and is honored to help bring life into this world on a regular basis. Although the safety and well being of her patients is top priority, having fun with them and enjoying life is a close second!

Dr. McGrath attended medical school at the University of Texas health Science Center in San Antonio, where she received a prestigious in-state scholarship. Her residency training continued at Columbus Hospital in Chicago which is affiliated with Northwestern University Medical School. She served as Chief Resident and was chosen Resident Teacher of the Year by her peers. Board Certified in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. McGrath is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. McGrath specializes in routine and high risk obstetrics, laparoscopic gynecological surgeries, management of abnormal uterine bleeding and the counseling of young patients with contraception and safe practices. Victoria Young, M.D.


Dr Young grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee where she obtained her B.S. in biology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She then received her doctorate from East Tennessee State University James H. Quillen College of Medicine. She did her internship and residency from the University of Tennessee Knoxville where she served as chief resident. After residency she practiced in Pittsburgh, PA for 5 years and then moved to San Diego for warmer weather.

Her professional interests include adolescent gynecology, contraceptive management and management of abnormal uterine bleeding. As an obstetrician, she loves the deliveries. Dr Young believes child birth to be one of the greatest moments in a woman's life. Her goal is to make it as special as possible while maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both mother and baby. She finds it an absolute honor to be a part of such a special moment.

In her free time, she enjoys working out, traveling, wine tasting, scuba diving and snow boarding. She is an avid Pittsburgh Penguins hockey fan. She has two dogs, Griffin, a retired greyhound and Stanley a lab/shepard mix. Spending time at home with her dogs and family is her all time favorite hobby.

Dana Huskey, M.D.


Dr. Dana Huskey is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She attended the University of California at Santa Barbara and graduated from the Medical College of Pennsylvania in 1997. She initially moved here for a residency in OBGYN at the Naval Medical Center San Diego and has called San Diego home ever since. Dr. Huskey was a staff OB/GYN at Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms and at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, and also spent 3 years as a U.S. Naval Flight Surgeon with the Marines at MCAS Miramar.

OB/GYN has always been her passion, and she strives to provide compassionate and comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care for a woman through all stages of her life. Dr. Huskey likes to take the time to understand a woman's concerns and condition, and she wants her patients to feel that they understand their options and plan of care.

Dr. Huskey specializes in minimally invasive surgery including da Vinci robotic surgery, traditional laparoscopy as well as hysteroscopy. She also specializes in the care of women with endometriosis, uterine fibroids, abnormal uterine bleeding, and cervical dysplasia (pap smear abnormalities).

Debra Bostic, N.P.


Debbie is a Certified Women's Health Care Practitioner. She graduated from UCLA Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner Program in 1991. She received her Masters Degree from California State University, Long Beach in 2007. She has worked in women’s health for the past 26 years. Debbie is a member of the American Society for Cervical Pathology (ASCCP) and a certified Colposcopist.

Debbie decided to become a women's health care practitioner so she could be an advocate for women of all ages thru their life span. She enjoys all aspects of women's health, especially prenatal care and working with teens. Debbie also works in the Labor & Delivery unit at Palomar Hospital for the last three years.

In her free time Debbie enjoys cooking, gardening, travel and spending time with her granddaughter Taylor and her dog Jazz.

Karen is a Nurse Practitioner certified in Women's Health. She obtained her BSN from Texas Women's University. After moving to California in 1987, she worked at Loma Linda University Medical Center for 13 years before returning to school to be a Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her MSN and Nurse Practitioner training through University of Phoenix in 1999.

Karen specialized in women's health because she enjoys seeing women of all ages throughout the life cycle. She especially enjoys teen pregnancies, perimenopausal and postmenopausal women.

Her hobbies include hiking, gardening, music, Jazzercise and spending time with her husband, children and granddaughters.

Rachel Krochmal is a Nurse Practitioner/ Physican Assistant who graduated from UC Davis NP/PA Program and is nationally certified. She is a member of ASCCP and CAPA and has been a clinical preceptor for UC Davis NP/PA program for the last 8 years. Rachel is a Colposcopists and is on the subcommittee for Patient Education for the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology.

Her interests within the field cover all aspects of women's health care, including prenatal care, with special interest in abnormal pap smears, HPV, dysplasia, and vulvlar disorders.

Rachel has been in practice in the North County area for 16 years and is well known in the medical community.

Rachel was born in Escondido and currently resides in Escondido.   When not working she likes to travel, ski, scuba dive and snorkel with her husband and 3 children.

Elizabeth Saez, MSN, APRN, FNP-C


Elizabeth Saez, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Masters in Nursing from California State University San Marcos, specializing in family practice. She spent 17 years specializing in emergency department, cardiology and pulmonary disease at an acute care setting at Palomar Health in Escondido, CA. Elizabeth has been practicing in the North County area for over 26 years and is well known in the community. She is bilingual in Spanish.

Elizabeth chose to specialize in women’s health care because she enjoys providing care for women in all aspects of life. She specifically enjoys prenatal care and well woman care. Elizabeth enjoys providing care for women of all ages from teens through menopause. Her interests are cooking, walking, dancing, and traveling. MaryAnn Oster, R.D.M.S.


Maryann is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. After graduating from her ultrasound program in 1996, Maryann moved from Northport, New York to Chicago, Illinois where she practiced general and OB/GYN ultrasound at Holy Cross hospital. After many years in Chicago, Maryann moved to San Diego where she was the Lead Ultrasound Tech at Sharp Memorial hospital. After having her second child, Maryann went on to spend 8 years working at Palomar Health in the general ultrasound department, as well as the perinatology department Maryann comes to NCWS with 17 years of experience and a true passion for obstetrical ultrasound.
